One to One Training:
Your one to one session doesn’t have to be in a gym. It can be done outdoors or even in the comfort of your own home. This one to one session will help kick start you on your 6 week plan and give you all the tools you need to reach your goals.
 

Your Own Personalised Program:
As your personal trainer I will design a training program specifically for YOU based on your individual profile (including age, exercise history, fitness level, goals, available equipment, schedule availability, medical history, etc.). Unlike many other diet and fitness programs which are based on a general, one-size-fits-all approach and use generic programs to save the gyms time, I really take the time to make sure that this program will get YOU the results you want. I design programs for all fitness levels, for working out anywhere (home, gym, or on the road), and for use with a variety of exercise equipment or even no equipment at all.

The Right Program For You:
Don’t like running?  Love running? Hate weight machines? Love dumbbells?  That’s fine! No matter what your likes or dislikes are, I will provide an exercise program based on what YOU enjoy doing! Don’t have much free time available for working out?  Can’t workout during “normal” hours?  No problem.  I can design an effective program for someone who wants to workout everyday or someone who can only workout a couple of days a week, and you decide when it is the right time for YOU to workout. Be amazed at the level of attention you receive.

Motivation, Encouragement and Accountability:
I want to be there for you through every step. I have a really good reputation and I intend to keep it! You’ll receive encouragement and tips e-mailed from me and have unlimited e-mail consultations. Plus, your workout log will be used by me to evaluate your program weekly to ensure that it is always working for you.

Affordable Personal Training:
With my Personal Training Service I provide all the benefits of personal training without having to meet every week. Some clients can pay up to €900 for a 6 week program. That’s great if you can afford it but my mix of one to one and online training plans now allow me the opportunity to share with you comprehensive, highly effective training programs that are affordable for all. You can avail of my personal training for as little as €8.30 per week.

Personalised Nutritional Plan:
Whether your goal is health or sports related it is virtually impossible to achieve it without sound nutritional advice and guidance. This is why a nutrition plan is included as part of your training. You will not be given a generic diet to follow, instead you will have your own plan drawn up based on what you like to eat and the specific program you are following.
