What is online personal training and how does it work?
Online personal training means you work in direct correspondence with me as I provide the guidance, motivation and expertise to help you achieve your goals. When you sign up you will be sent a questionnaire by email which will help me design a program specifically for you. No templates, computer programs or duplicate copies are used – I always design the required program from scratch with your goals in mind.
Throughout the program your progress will be assessed and, where necessary, your exercise and/or nutrition program will be adjusted to ensure the best possible results. Access to me is unlimited – meaning you can send as many emails as you wish – and I will personally answer any questions, problems or requests for advice.
You will also receive regular updates and tips on various topics of health and fitness. This will help keep you motivated as well as provide valuable information to help you achieve the results you want.
Do I need access to a gym?
No. In the questionnaire you will be sent this will all be dealt with. The exercise program is designed with your particular access to equipment in mind. This could be a home gym, gym membership, a park, a swimming pool or just your living room! The program will cater to these specifics.
Can you guarantee results?
Yes, if you put in the required effort, I can guarantee that your specific program will give you results.
Of course, it does happen that some people try to set unrealistic goals but if for whatever reason I feel the goal cannot be realistically achieved within a set time then I will be honest in your assessment and let you know prior to beginning the program. In situations where the goal is realistically attainable, then I can guarantee that through working with me you will achieve your goals. If you currently have a goal in mind and you are not sure if it is achievable you can contact me to discuss it.
Can I work with you for a period of time other than the time periods you offer?

Who uses online personal training?
Anyone can benefit from online personal training. Because of the flexibility it provides it doesn’t matter what your goals are – they are achievable.
It is great for busy individuals who don’t have time for the gym but still want to include exercise in their lifestyle. A program will be developed with your daily schedule in mind, helping to accomodate those who find exercise difficult to fit in to the day.
It’s also of great benefit to those who have the motivation and desire to achieve their health and fitness goals but don’t know how to go about doing so. We can provide the blueprint for your success.
How will I get the most benefit from signing up to your online personal training?
Each program is designed with you in mind meaning virtually any person regardless of their circumstances will benefit from working with me via online personal training. As a client you will have a program designed according to your goals, level of fitness, available time, access to equipment and any other personal factors that need to be considered.
Having said that, there are a few qualities you should keep in mind so you get the best benefits from your online personal training program.
- Have a goal: If you know where you want to be, I can guide you to get there. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, train for a sport or complete a fitness challenge, online personal training can help you achieve those goals.
- Be eager to do things the right way: One of the main reason clients turn to me is that they have tried to lose weight or get fit before only to fail. Often this is because they were unsure of how exactly what they needed to do to reach their target.
- Communicate with me: As a client you will have access to me 24/7 and I want to see you succeed. Think of it as a partnership. Follow the directions I will give you, but also be willing to ask questions. While working with me as your online personal trainer you should take advantage of the unlimited consultation and ask as many questions as possible. Doing this will ensure you benefit most from working with me.
What is the cost in relation to a once off personal training session with you?
The cost of my online personal training is one of the biggest advantages of this service. Six weeks of online personal training costs roughly the same as a once off one-to-one session with me. This is great value, considering with a once off personal training session you would only have access to my guidance and knowledge during the workout. With me as your online personal trainer you have unlimited access to me 24/7.
How much time do I need to train?
From those who have 2 hours a week to those who have 2 hours a day – it is all taken into account in the program design. Because your program is designed around you and not just a template that you get with most online training sites the program will be set around your schedule without sacrificing results.
When can I start?
Immediately! There is no better time to start losing weight and getting fit than now! If you set yourself a challenge now is the time to set about achieving it. I am here to help you achieve those goals in record time!
